terms of service

PRE-LAUNCH NOTICE
infinity is not yet transacting. these terms describe how the product will operate and are published now so nothing about the model is a surprise later. a full, counsel-reviewed version replaces this before the first campaign is funded, and anyone on the waitlist is emailed when that happens.

what infinity is

infinity is a marketplace. brands fund a campaign budget and publish a brief. creators, called clippers, post short-form clips promoting that brief and are paid per one thousand verified views. infinity is not the advertiser and not the creator’s employer.

views, and what a view is worth

a view is the count the platform that served the clip reports through its own api. it is not our estimate. where our reading and the platform’s reading disagree, the platform’s number wins. every reading we take is stored with its source and its timestamp, and no reading is ever overwritten.

a clip earns at the campaign’s published rate per one thousand verified views, up to the per-clip cap the brand set. the cap is shown before you post. earnings are computed from stored observations and are reproducible from them.

the view window, the review, and settlement

a clip earns for seven days from submission. when the window closes, the team reviews the final readings and runs fraud checks before settlement. review takes as long as it takes to be sure, and infinity provides updates when needed. after review the clip settles. settlement is final: infinity does not claw back a settled payout. before settlement, a clip can be held or rejected with a reason code.

rejection and appeal

a rejected clip receives a machine-readable reason code and the evidence used to reach it. every rejection carries one appeal with a stated deadline. a clip is never silently unpaid.

payouts

payouts are made by paypal or crypto. the minimum payout is ten united states dollars; a balance below it rolls forward to the next settlement rather than expiring. all amounts are held and paid in united states dollars. clippers are responsible for their own taxes and for supplying whatever tax information the payout rail requires.

fees

infinity keeps twelve percent of a self-serve campaign budget and twenty-five percent of a managed one. these rates are published on the landing page and are not negotiated per deal. eighty-eight cents of every self-serve dollar reaches clippers.

brand funds

campaign budgets are prepaid and held before any clip goes live. infinity does not invoice a brand after the fact for spend already delivered. unspent budget is returnable to the brand once every clip in the campaign has settled or been rejected.
